Land demand is increasing?

Auction exhibition size are increasing which size are over 10,000sqm since few days before.



However "Land Sales" quantity over 512sqm are decreasing a little, and unit price of land that is so much changeless.



Although land demand may be increasing, I think land prices will down a little.
